This program expands on the capabilities that fiber offers in strengthening the power grid and bridging the digital divide in rural areas.

How Does the Mobile Training Lab Work?
Our certified connectivity training for contractors provides a hands-on experience in the field of fiber optic technology. This mobile lab is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and resources to deliver comprehensive training programs to students, professionals, and communities interested in learning about fiber optic networks. It will serve as a catalyst for community empowerment, education, and innovation in the field of fiber optic technology. By delivering accessible, hands-on training experiences, it equips individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the digital age and contribute to the
sustainable development of their communities.
Components
Training Equipment: The lab is equipped with a range of training equipment, including fiber optic cables, connectors, splicers, testers, and other essential tools. Advanced simulation modules may also be available to provide virtual training experiences.
Interactive Learning Modules: The lab features interactive learning modules covering topics such as fiber optic theory, network design, installation techniques, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Hands-on activities allow participants to practice skills and reinforce theoretical concepts.
Expert Instruction: Experienced instructors lead training sessions, providing guidance, demonstrations, and real-world insights into fiber optic technology. Our instructors offer personalized support and mentorship to participants, fostering a conducive learning environment.
Community Engagement: The mobile lab engages with various segments of the community, including students, educators, industry professionals, and local businesses. The lab is used to collaborate with educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate partners to maximize outreach and impact.

Our Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Program delivers practical, safety-focused instruction across key segments of the EV charging and service ecosystem, helping students and professionals step confidently into one of the fastest-growing sectors in the energy industry.
EV – Level 2 Charger Diagnostics (4 Hour Course)
Master the fundamentals of EVSE inspection and commissioning. Learn to test and validate residential and commercial Level 2 chargers using industry-standard diagnostic tools, ensuring safe and code-compliant installations from day one.
